There are many ways to build community. For starters, each Modo building is developing its own community and, within a couple short months, most owners know their neighbors well. Rooftop deck gatherings happen often among owners, and great friendships are formed. Beyond that, we encourage our buyers to get out into the neighborhood and get to know the local vendors.

We also encourage our buyers to take action and get involved in their communities and the causes for which they have a passion. Since so many of our buyers have expressed interest in environmental issues, we've provided a list of some very worthy environmental groups, and we encourage people to be the change they want to see in the world.
