Modo Developers, Inc., founded in 2003, identified that there was a vacuum in the market for truly affordable housing with great design, aimed at urban professionals…those who cringe at the thought of beige housing developments and hour-long drives to work from the suburbs. So they bought their first building, renovated it into an amazing modern living space, and sold every unit in the building faster than anyone ever imagined.

That was the first in the Skye Condos Series. Skye Condos I, in Denver's Capitol Hill area, now is home to urban professionals who enjoy their balconies, rooftop deck, and a striking view of Denver's skyline. Skye Condos II, also in Denver's Capitol Hill area, also sold out quickly. Renovations on Skye Condos III, in Denver's West Washington Park area, were completed in June of 2006, and the building was virtually sold out at the time renovations were completed.

Now, the Modo team continues to invest in buildings in Denver's urban core and renovate them with exterior improvements and high-grade finishes inside. The common denominator to all these properties is modern design, great urban locations, and affordable prices.
